Private label supplements, from brief to batch.

Choose OEM production or ODM development to shape your brief into a production-ready supplement.

OEM production. ODM development.

Bring a defined product for OEM, or build the product brief with ODM. Both routes connect formula, samples and packaging to production.

Existing specification or a product still to develop?
OEM

Manufacture your defined product.

You already have a formula, specification or clear product requirements. We review your formula, samples and packaging requirements for manufacturing.

Your starting inputs

  • Formula, ingredient list or technical specification
  • Dosage form, serving requirements and reference sample
  • Packaging, label artwork and target market

Service scope

  1. Specification handover

Separate fixed requirements from permitted changes: ingredients, amounts, format, sensory targets and pack configuration.

  2. Manufacturing fit

Review how the supplied formula, raw-material requirements and selected format fit the proposed production route.

  3. Sample and pack alignment

Use the reference specification to define what the sample should match, then coordinate container, count, closure and artwork inputs.

  4. Production handoff

Confirm the agreed specification, approved sample, packaging inputs and applicable checks before production is scheduled.

What is confirmed before production

A working product specification, agreed sample criteria and packaging scope. Changes to your formula or materials need your approval.

Choose OEM when the product is defined and you need a production partner.

Prepare an OEM Brief
ODM

Develop the product with us.

You know the audience, market or product goal, but the formula or specification is not final. We help develop the formula, dosage format, taste and packaging for your product.

Your starting inputs

  • Audience, target market and product goal
  • Ingredient preferences, exclusions and reference products
  • Preferred format, packaging direction and launch stage

Service scope

  1. Product definition

Translate your audience and market direction into product priorities, a preferred format and the decisions the first sample needs to resolve.

  2. Formula direction

Develop the ingredient brief around your priorities, exclusions and serving requirements; sourcing and formula feasibility are reviewed together.

  3. Sensory and format development

Define taste, sweetness, texture and appearance targets alongside format and unit specifications, then refine the brief through sample feedback.

  4. Packaging and production preparation

Connect the product to its container, label inputs and market context, then confirm the specification and sample before moving into production.

What development works toward

A defined product brief, reviewed formula direction, sample feedback and packaging requirements. Production follows your approval of the agreed scope.

Choose ODM when the product still needs definition or development support.

Prepare an ODM Brief

Private Label Supplements. Private label uses an available formula option with your branding and packaging. Formula availability, permitted changes and minimum order are confirmed for your project.

What can you customize?

Define the formula, format, taste and pack as one product. Each choice becomes a requirement in your brief.

Flavor, Sweetness and Texture

Define a specific sensory target rather than just asking for a good taste. Flavor, sweetness, acidity and texture become questions for the sample to answer.

Your customization choices
Flavor direction
Name your preferred flavor or provide a reference sample. Note whether you want a single profile or a blend.
Sweetness and acidity
Describe your preferred sweet–tart balance and any sweetener requirements or exclusions.
Texture and aftertaste

OEM
Develop a formula for your requirements; MOQ, development costs and lead time are confirmed for your project.

MOQ uses the unit shown in each row; contents per bottle or box are project-specific. Unique formulas, molds or packaging may incur additional development, tooling or raw-material costs.

Quotations are in US dollars. A standard 60-piece gummy bottle has a reference price of USD 2–3.5 per bottle, with the project quote based on formula, ingredients and order quantity.

Before you request a quote.

Understand the starting requirements, project responsibilities and decisions that shape your quote.

Should I choose OEM, ODM or private label?

Choose OEM for manufacturing from your own formula or specification. Choose private label to use one of our existing formulas under your brand. Choose ODM when you need us to develop or adapt a formula for your requirements, target market and product positioning.

Can I request a specific flavor or gummy shape?

Yes. We can customize flavor and gummy shape. Send a flavor name, reference sample or shape drawing; we check formula compatibility and mold requirements, then review the result with you through samples.

Who approves the formula, sample and label?

Your designated approval owner signs off on the formula, sample and label. Review points are agreed within the project, and label requirements must be checked for your target market before final approval.

How is MOQ reviewed?

We use your dosage format and packaging to identify the minimum order, then check whether formula, ingredient sourcing or customization changes it. Minimum-order references by format and pack are listed on this page.

Can the project begin without a final formula?

Yes. You can choose from our existing formulas, or we can develop a custom formula based on your requirements, target market and product positioning. Share your product idea and we will help you choose the formula and format.

Can VITHELO support sampling?

Yes. We prepare product samples and use your feedback to refine the formula, taste, texture and appearance before production. We confirm sample requirements, fees and delivery arrangements with you first.

Can packaging be coordinated?

Yes. We help coordinate the container, pack count, label artwork, printed components and transport packaging. We agree the components and approval responsibilities with you before production.

Which documents should I request?

You can request product specifications, ingredient records, test reports and batch documents. We confirm which documents are available for your selected product and target market before ordering.

How is project timing assessed?

We build your schedule around formula development, sample approval, ingredient sourcing, packaging, production and inspection. Share your target launch date so we can confirm the timing for your project.

Does a reference product confirm manufacturing feasibility?

A reference product helps us define the formula, format, taste and packaging you want. We review ingredient requirements, processing compatibility and packaging before confirming what can be made. Tell us which features must match and where alternatives are acceptable.

What can I confirm by reviewing a sample?

Use the sample to assess appearance, flavor, texture and packaging against your brief. Record the sample version and your approval or requested changes. Laboratory tests, shelf-life requirements and market-specific label review are separate checks; sensory approval alone does not confirm them.

How should I review product documents before ordering?

Request the specification and reports relevant to your selected product. Check the product or batch reference, document date, test scope and applicable requirements with your team. Identify missing records and agree what is needed before approving the order.

Not sure which route fits? Answer five questions.

Choose your starting route.

Answer five questions to see whether OEM, ODM or private-label review fits your project.

0 of 5 questions considered

Do you already have a mature formula?

A working formula can point toward specification-led OEM review.

Are the product specifications already defined?

Format, serving, sensory and packaging requirements make the production review more concrete.

Do you need product-development support?

We help define your product, develop the formula, select a dosage format and prepare samples.

Do you need packaging or label-input support?

Packaging can affect specification, MOQ review, timing and production dependencies.

Is the target market and launch stage clear?

Market and project-stage context help define which questions should be reviewed first.
