Can I start with my own formulation?
Yes. We can manufacture from your formulation through OEM. We check ingredient compatibility, dosage format and packaging requirements with you before sampling.
What if I do not have a formulation yet?
You can choose from our existing formulas, or we can develop a custom formula based on your requirements, target market and product positioning. Tell us your product idea and we will help you choose the formula and format.
What can be customised?
We can customize the formula, shape, size, colour, capsule material and packaging, depending on the dosage format. We will confirm the options that suit your product and review the changes with you through samples.
How are samples and changes handled?
We prepare samples for you to review and use your feedback to refine the product before production. We agree the sample requirements and costs with you first, then confirm the final product specifications after sample approval.
What are the minimum order and lead time?
For gummies, the minimum order is 500 bottles or 500 pouches. Lead time depends on the formula, sample approval and packaging; we confirm your production schedule once these are agreed. Minimum orders for other formats are listed on our OEM / ODM page.
What should I include in my first enquiry?
